Gary set up Dillon Engineering Services in 2019, bringing over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. With a strong background in quality engineering, NPI, and technology transfer, he has successfully built high-performing remediation and engineering teams across Ireland and the U.S.
His expertise spans pharma and medical device processes, systems, and equipment, supported by a vast network of 12,000+ qualified engineering and scientific professionals. Throughout his career, Gary has managed resource projects ranging teams of 1-60 engineers, overseeing contracts, onboarding, project milestones, and reporting.

Dr Nina Tuite
Since graduating with a PhD from NUI Galway, Nina has several years’ experience in multi-disciplinary and multinational research projects with commercial focus. She has led several EU research projects involving partnerships of universities, government agencies, research institutions, SMEs, and multinationals. Nina has worked closely with companies such as Nestlé, Baxter, Beckman Coulter, BioMerieux, Charles River Laboratories, Mobidiag, Genewave, Nizo, Natac, Aquila Biosciences, and institutions such as the World Health Organisation (WHO), the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI).

Emma joined Dillon Engineering Services in February 2022 as Accounts Administrator. Emma brings over 16 years’ experience working in accounts/payroll positions. She studied at IT Tallaght and completed Level 5 FETAC in both Manual and Computerised accounts. Emma previously spent several years working for Sage, one of Ireland’s leading accounts & payroll software companies.

Caitlin joined Dillon Engineering Services in April 2023 as part of the Marketing Coordinators and International Sourcers team. She’s a recent communications graduate and is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations to further enhance her skills and knowledge in the industry.

Catherine Tuite dos Santos
Catherine joined Dillon Engineering Services in 2025 as Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager, bringing close to 20 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent strategy, and program delivery across global organisations.
Before joining Dillon Engineering, she held senior talent roles at Meta and Accenture, where she led international recruiting teams, managed large-scale hiring programs, and delivered transformation projects across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Her background includes driving data-led talent strategies, improving operational efficiency, and designing inclusive hiring programs that deliver strong results for businesses and candidates alike.
